As a Recruiter and Account Manager, I’ve interviewed, hired, onboarded, and trained hundreds of young professionals, helping them get their start and grow fast. As a business manager, I worked closely Executives and staff to improve employee performance and retention, which meant a lot of tough conversations, and a lot of communication coaching on the fly. And as a Product Manager selling high-dollar industrial solutions to international corporations, I’ve pitched, presented, and negotiated with executives from Canada, Europe, Mexico, and Asia and more!
